Step 1: Confirm you're using the right email
Recipe Cloud sign-in uses the email address on your account, not your display name or username.
- Try any email addresses you may have used when you signed up.
- If you subscribed through Apple, you may have signed up with a Hide My Email address—check Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Hide My Email on your iPhone.
Step 2: Reset your password
If you're unsure of your password, request a reset link:
Web
- Go to recipecloudapp.com/sign-in/
- Click Forgot Password, or open recipecloudapp.com/reset/ directly
- Enter your account email and submit
- Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email
- Follow the link to set a new password, then sign in again
iPhone or iPad
- Open the Recipe Cloud app
- On Sign In, tap Forgot email or password?
- Enter your email and follow the instructions in the reset email

Step 3: Sign out completely, then sign back in
If you were signed in before and things stopped working:
- Sign out everywhere you're currently signed in (web and app)
- Close the app or browser tab completely
- Sign in again with your email and current password
On the web, try a private/incognito window to rule out cached login issues.
Step 4: Try another browser or the app

On iPhone or iPad, open the App Store → Updates and install the latest version of Recipe Cloud, then try signing in again.
