  • Account email — the address you use to sign in to Recipe Cloud
  • Where you're using Recipe Cloud — iPhone/iPad app, web browser, or Chrome extension
  • What you were trying to do — e.g. save a recipe, sign in, upgrade to Plus
  • What happened instead — error message, blank screen, feature missing, etc.
