How can I update or manage my subscription?

Quick answer: Where you manage billing depends on where you subscribed. Web subscriptions are managed in Account settings on recipecloudapp.com. App Store subscriptions are managed in iOS Settings or the Recipe Cloud app under Manage Subscriptions.

If you subscribed on the website

  1. Sign in at recipecloudapp.com.
  2. Open Account settings (recipecloudapp.com/account/settings/).
  3. In Manage Subscription, you can:
    • Update subscription (e.g. switch monthly or yearly)
    • Update payment information
    • Cancel subscription

These open Stripe’s secure billing portal to make changes.

If you subscribed in the iPhone or iPad app

Manage your plan through Apple:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Recipe Cloud to update, cancel, or change your plan.

In the Recipe Cloud app: open Settings → Manage Subscriptions → Manage subscription (opens Apple’s subscription page).

If Plus isn’t showing correctly, try Restore Purchases or Refresh subscription status on the same screen.

Subscribed on one platform, signing in on another?

  • Paid on the web — Manage billing in Account settings on the website (the app will point you there).
  • Paid on iPhone/iPad — Manage billing in iOS Settings → Subscriptions, even when you’re using the web app.

Plus stays tied to your Recipe Cloud account once it’s active.
