- Account email — the address you use to sign in to Recipe Cloud
- Where you're using Recipe Cloud — iPhone/iPad app, web browser, or Chrome extension
- What you were trying to do — e.g. save a recipe, sign in, upgrade to Plus
- What happened instead — error message, blank screen, feature missing, etc.
- Steps to reproduce — especially for bugs (1, 2, 3…)
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if possible
